Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Listing Launchpad. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with information, listings, photos, and marketing materials you are authorized to use.

Real estate professional responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information you submit, obtaining required seller and photo permissions, following brokerage and MLS rules, and complying with advertising, agency, disclosure, fair housing, privacy, communication, and other requirements that apply to your activities.

Marketing and property data

Property information may come from user submissions or third-party data sources and should be reviewed before publication. Listing Launchpad does not guarantee that third-party property data is complete, current, or error-free.

Buyer inquiries and financing

Buyer inquiries do not guarantee qualification, financing, representation, a showing, or a completed transaction. Mortgage discussions remain subject to applicable underwriting, licensing, disclosure, and lender requirements.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service to impersonate others, submit unauthorized information, send unlawful communications, interfere with the service, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.

SMS Terms

Listing Launchpad, operated by Aaron Clark, offers optional recurring automated account notifications and customer support by text, including new-lead alerts, listing submission updates, open-house activity, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies with account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Listing Launchpad. Provide only a mobile number you control. Saving consent does not verify your number or activate messaging; service setup and number verification must be completed before sending begins.

When messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact aaronclark83@gmail.com or 316 573-3996. You can also withdraw consent at Text notification preferences. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Lenders Launchpad preview and subscriptions

Lender business workspaces may be offered as a free launch preview. Creating a preview or saving package interest does not authorize a charge. Proposed package pricing may change before paid enrollment opens.

If you choose a paid package, the price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Your first lender subscription includes a 14-day free trial beginning at checkout. A payment method is required. The selected monthly price is charged automatically after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends using Manage billing. One trial is available per lender account; returning subscriptions do not receive another trial. Time in the launch preview does not reduce the trial period. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Use the workspace’s Plan & billing page to access the billing provider’s customer portal, view invoices, update payment methods, or cancel renewal. Access and contact capacity follow the verified subscription status.

A lender subscription includes only the features identified as currently available for that package. Planned listing, marketing, campaign, or open-house features are not included until released. Submitting states, service areas, or an MLS name is a request for verification, not confirmation of licensing, data rights, or an active feed connection. Each business workspace is for one lender login; do not share credentials.

Availability

Features may change as Listing Launchpad evolves. Third-party services, data feeds, social platforms, and integrations may be modified, delayed, or unavailable outside Listing Launchpad's control.

The service is provided as a workflow and marketing tool. You remain responsible for professional judgment, legal and regulatory compliance, and review of materials before they are used publicly.
